it's xmas! it's xmas!

ya. it's xmas at our house, already. you may think it's still november, but no! it's holiday time!

i did a little photo shoot today with ell, trying to come up with something for a holiday card. it was fun.

also today, lisa and i took the babies to wem for toddler time. guess what that is? 5 bucks for a baby and a parent to go in the water park from noon til 3!!! what a sweet deal. god, ella and sara had a blast!

my baby's walking! amazing. she did it. 10 months and 6 days old. yippee!
she was standing in front of one couch and i was sitting on the other, and i said "come here" and held out my arms. usually she would cruise the couch at high speed over. but she just turned and walked over!!! like, 4 steps!
and then she did it again several times, and i think the most was 6 steps in a row!
*so proud*

plus, i think she's learning to talk. everytime she wants to be picked up, put down, or generally moved, she says "up! up!" i think she thinks it's a catch-all!

too many developments to keep up with. no time for blogging. ella's teeth are sprouting like crazy alla sudden. suddenly she's cruising-running. standing unsupported. walking with her little walking cart. acting like a big girl.

we had a great long weekend in saskatchewan - visited with everybody. it was so nice to have a real, non-rushed long weekend, especially with brody and tara, since usually they have to rush off early. ella had a great time and was a wonderful little girl.

came back with a cold tho. tired. must sleep.
