i haven't been writing much. but that's because i've been busy, not because ella hasn't been making leaps and bounds as usual!
today ell and i went to mom and baby yoga as usual. she was a sweetie and finally gave erica a smile (she for some reason was always scared of erica). also, one of the women there, stacey, commented that ella looks so in love with me!! aw, that just melts a mama's heart.
we decided that today was the day. the day to give ella her first food!! so we made up a little batch of rice cereal and plopped her in the bumbo on the table. she did great! she loved it! she got the hang of sucking the food off the spoon right away and seemed quite happy about the whole thing.
and as if that wasn't enough - tonight as i played with her on the rug, she sucked one of my fingers into her mouth, and what did i feel?!!! a tiny teeny pointy tooth!!!!!!
